Ruby

Ruby is a typical boxer, she has the trademark wiggle, she is always happy to see you, has no idea what personal space is and loves her comfort! She is always in tune with our feelings and is there for a cuddle no matter what! We are so lucky to have her unconditional love. She makes us laugh every day and is probably the most photographed dog on the planet. Choosing a photo isn't easy so I opted for cute and crazy, a typical day in the life of Ruby!

Mochi Mai

Mochi mai is the cutest cat you'll ever see even though she's a diva she's adorable in every way.

Merlin

Meet Merlin 👋 He’s our much loved family pet who loves life! When not giving side eye he loves leading walks, food, naps and a good roll in the grass. He keeps us super active and entertained with walks and keeping him out of trouble but we wouldn’t have it any other way 🐾

Eddie and Indie

Eddie and Indie are both loveable, friendly and fluffy Cavachons. Eddie loves a cuddle, a lap to snooze on and a good old tennis ball. He's been at the center of the Lloyd household for the last 11 and a half years. Indie came along nearly 3 years ago, she's slightly on the crazy side, still full of that pup energy and is happy as long as her mum is within eyesight. We couldn't imagine our family without them.

Daisy

Daisy is a shire horse. Her feet are the size of dinner plates . She is currently on lease and employed by the Merseyside Mounted Police. They look after her like shes royalty. Her police name is Oxberry .

bear

Bear is an olde English bulldog. He is 3 years old and snores very loudly. we all wear earplugs in our house.

bobbles

bobbles is a 34 inch miniature horse but he thinks hes a mix between a race horse and a shire horse...hes the smallest in the field but hes definately the boss.

NUBLO

This is Nublo he is very gentle and friendly we are lucky to have him..here with his best friend Mapy...

Ah pan

Ah pan is a lovely pussycat, she believes she is the queen of my house (and I do). After spending her eight years in Hong Kong, she then had a wonderful journey by travelling over 700 miles with my husband and me by air, sea and land to Warrington since 2022. She is such a gorgeous companion. Apart from sleeping and eating, watching birds and other “potential invaders” on the window sill is her favourite daily activity. ❤️

Missy

Cat love is special… Missy was there for David and I when he was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour. She instinctively knew how to comfort him during his short illness, and then beyond that she was another beating heart in my empty house after David passed away. St Rocco’s cared for David and I during the last few weeks of his life and for that, I’ll be forever grateful, so sharing my picture of Missy is special because I know it supports such a good cause. Missy is a very special girl.

Oreo

Purrfect Feline This is Oreo. She might look sweet and innocent but she's a terror. 12 years old and thinks she's a dog.

Kevin

We were so lucky to adopt Kevin from a friend after they moved abroad - he’s been with us for 2 years and basically was sent when I needed him the most - as I lost my beautiful mum at St Rocco’s in January 2024 after her fight against ovarian cancer. We were never going to have another dog - but then Kevin needed us and I believe we needed him too! He’s the funniest, cheekiest 7 year old cocker spaniel - he gives the best snuggles when I’ve cried and the best kisses to make it feel better💙🐾

Dora

Dora is a Chug (Chihuahua/pug) and she is 10 in July. She loves cuddles and her favourite treat is cucumber. She once won ‘prettiest eyes’ at a puppy class :-)

Dipsy and Nacho (Bonded pair)

Dipsy and Nacho are my beautiful rescue Chihuahuas. Dipsy is 9 years old and Nacho is 7 years old. They were taken into rescue in December last year and came to me in March this year. They have had a really bad life up until they came into rescue. Both have had a fractured leg, and Nacho (after not receiving care for the fracture) now walks mostly on 3 legs. They are a gorgeous pair of little ladies, and make my house fun again.

Ruby

This is Ruby, nearly 13 years old, and is the first pet I've had that's completely mine. She's the smallest, prettiest little puss. She's well travelled, and came to Switzerland with us in 2013 where we lived for 3 years. When I had our first child over there, I felt very isolated, as I couldn't speak the language and didn't drive, and so was feeling quite low for a long time. Ruby was always there for me, to cheer me up and keep me company! :-)

Arlo the beardie

This is Arlo,he is a 6 month old bearded dragon! Arlo is a small creature with a big personality! He loves to let us know when he would like to come out of his tank by tapping on the window! He also loves to lay on his hammock when he is sleepy! Arlo loves to sit on the sofa and watch the world go by through the window! Although he seems mostly happy…Arlo can have his times where he is a little bit bossy and bops his head to let us know he is not happy!We love him so much!🧡🧡🧡

Freya

Freya is a pint size Westiepoo, she is a little dog with a massive personality. Everyone falls in love with Freya, she loves people, specially children, walks on the beach and getting up to mischief.

Oscar

Oscar adopted us 10 yrs ago when we met at an open day at Cats Protection. His little paws make our family Purrfect. ❤️🐱🐾 Oscar sunbathing in his favorite spot at nanny and grandpops 🥰

Apollo

Apollo is a 5yr old German Shepherd. He is full of energy and we make sure that he is taken for his walks, to get his exercise in. He adores the children, and loves his human daddy the most. He loves snuggles and I love giving them. He drives me potty with his toy obsession, but makes me smile every day. He really is a part of the family. At the end of the day he loves nothing more than curling up. Big and boisterous during the day, soft and chilled at night.

Archie Cheetham

Archie is the most loving cuddly little chap. His kisses are sloppy and plentiful but full of love. He’s super clever and full of fun. Archie loves to go to daycare and is lucky enough to have the fabulous people that care for him in his life. Heather and Jenny are his favourites and he’s not shy in letting them know. Daddy gets the most kisses and mummy gets to teach him tricks. Archie came into our lives during lockdown after losing our 17 yr old fur baby. We love you lots little man xxxx

Copper

This is Copper ( short for Copenhagen) . He is a trakehner and 29 years old . I have had him since he was 4 years old and he has been the horse of a lifetime . He is the kindest , gentlest horse you could imagine . We used to compete in dressage when he was younger but he’s retired now although still fit and well.

Sushi

This is our babba Sushi. He's from WPE... one if the first bred he's a big boy 💙

TK known as Teaks

Re homed dog who was reactive, recently been on a doggie boot camp, which has transformed his behaviours. Walks and outings were stressful and embarrassing. Since his training he is mostly well behaved, passes dogs without reacting , we can even go for lunch, where he lies under the table like a normal dog. The trainer said he was a Micky taker, who knows how to behave but chooses mischief. He is a transformed dog, it’s now a pleasure for us all including if not most importantly Teaks.

Bella

This is Bella fluffy bum. She's nearly 2 on 6th June. Bella love cuddles and has no sense of personal space. She loves the balls and patrolling the garden to keep cats out. Although she's just play with them if they were brave enough. She's full of personality and has so many facial expressions

Top dog This is Bella who is truly our fur angel. Bella came to us in a twist of fate 5 years ago at 10am on 25 August 2020. My lovely mum passed away later that evening. Bella has been so good for our little family since we lost my mum, and has helped us through such a difficult time and continues to do so. We don’t know what we would have done without her. She’s totally bonkers but we love her to bits.

Lotti. Tiny but Mighty

Lotti is a rescue dog was in a cage with newspaper for a bed she was 6 months old when we got her. She is now 12 and still like a little puppy.She is so funny and bossy barks when she’s want feeding always at the same times. It’s like she knows the time of day Likes lots of cuddles a proper knee dog. We love her to bits

Poppy May Martin

Poppy may be 12 years old, but she still has the boundless energy of a puppy. A joyful bundle of curls and love, she’s never far from a cuddle. Her heart is as big as her spirit, and she has a special gift for comforting those who need it most. During a difficult time when our mother-in-law Marg was seriously ill, Poppy was her constant source of comfort, bringing light, love, and much-needed distraction. Whether she’s napping around the house or curling up beside someone in need. We love Poppy

Top Dog- This is Logan, who come rain or shine has me out walking. He’s everyone’s friend out on our walks, stopping at various places where he knows he’s going to get spoilt. You can always spot where’s he’s been as he leaves a trail of white fluff after him! Once he recognises you he will welcome you with his husky howl which brightens everyone’s day!

Shiva the Diva

Shiva the Diva is a Romanian rescue dog. Hung from a tree and abandoned at a young age, Shiva now lives a beautiful life running free on beaches, in forests and across fields. Her favourite pastimes are snoozing on her sofa and eating treats. 10 years old this year, she has been Sarah's loving companion for 8 of those.

Rosie

This is Rosie (Prairie Dawn Rose) . She is a Spanish Mustang . They are a rare breed only 200 in Europe . Her mother came from the US . They originate from the Spanish horses that the conquistadors took to the Americas and then the Red Indians claimed them !

Rita

Rita is about 9, she came to live with me from Cats Protectuon when she was 2, and had been abandoned by some tenants in Widnes. She is the friendliest little tabby in the World!

Ollie

Ollie is more than just a loyal companion, he is my daily source of calm, joy, and motivation. Through every challenge, Ollie has been by my side, offering silent support with a wagging tail and a warm heart. Whether it’s encouraging me to get outside for a walk, sensing when I need a cuddle, or simply being a steady presence during stressful times, Ollie has played a vital role in my emotional and mental well-being.

Alfie

Meet Alfie – our lovable Shih Tzu with a big-dog attitude! He adores humans and small dogs, but isn't too sure about the bigger dogs (he’s convinced he’s the boss, after all). Alfie lives for beach walks, tasty treats, and long naps—often accompanied by some seriously loud snoring. Small in size but huge in personality, he’s the heart and soul of our home.

Kredka (Crayon)

Meet Kretka – a 9-year-old kitty in the body of... well, still a kitty. Adopted at 6 months old, but no one ever told her she's not a kitten anymore. She still plays like crazy, chases invisible enemies, and helps with every household chore – especially the ones I don’t need help with. This is my cat Oscar he is a menace to society. I support his wellbeing by looking after him and making sure he doesn’t break any laws because if he went outside he would be the world’s most wanted. He has committed every feline crime including but not limited to: wall climbing, scratching carpets for attention, toe biting and throwing things off the counter

Bertie Vaughan

My 6 year old British Bulldog, full of character , fun and equally mischievous. Great with little ones, loves attention and rubdowns, a real pleasure to have in my life.

Luna

Luna is 11 years old and has just been undergoing treatment for cancer herself and is doing really well. During her life she has given birth to 30 puppies who are all now employed as Guide Dogs, both here and in Japan. Luna has a zest for life which is infectious and brings joy to everyday.

Teddy

Teddy has just celebrated his 8th birthday and he is like a little human in a very furry coat. Teddy can intuitively read my mood and provides the best cuddles when they are needed. We have been through highs and lows together and Teddy has taught me to have patience, to live in the moment and look for the beauty in simple things. Teddy loves his walks and come rain or shine we are out in nature and that is medicine for the soul. He is my best buddy x

Leo

Top dog Meet Leo. He likes to help his owners keep track of where their toilet roll, socks and slippers are at all times, incase these items are needed in an emergency 🤣 He has also helped his human mum raise money for cancer when his human grandad was diagnosed with a brain tumour by walking 10,000 steps a day for a month.

Albie and Fig

Tiny but mighty Meet Albie and Fig my guinea pigs. They simply make me smile every day and I love their squeaks when they are ready for their food.

Spud

Here is Spud at the Rodents Return! He got me through Covid when I created many adventures to go on and help with my mental health during that time!

Begbie

My hamster was on ITV’s This Morning eating spaghetti on his virtual travels to Italy during Covid!

ROXIE

Roxie is a rescue dog.She was born deaf but that hasn't stopped her enjoying life with our family. We use a sort of sign language to communicate and she's a loving loyal girl. I work at St Rocco's on in patients unit and after a shift she's so welcoming when I come home...

Spooky

Meet Spooky the Maine Coon Cat. She will be 4 years old in June.

Cheese cake

Cheese Cake is my 9-year-old queen, best friend, and fluffy shadow. She sleeps like it’s her full-time job and gives serious attitude if disturbed. Despite her royal laziness, she greets me like a dog every time I come home. She still plays like a kitten and rules the house with a velvet paw and a judging stare. She’s cuddly, sassy, dramatic—and I wouldn’t trade her for anything.

Luna & Lyra

Luna and Lyra are two adorable, small rescue bunnies who now live their best life indoors. These inseparable sisters love to play together, explore their cozy space, and snuggle up for cuddles. Together they have worked out how to break into the treat box and steal my toast. Cute, curious, and full of personality, Luna and Lyra are proof that every bunny deserves a loving home to create mischief in.

Coco Rose

I’m Coco (Rose is my middle name after my nana!) I’m 5 months and my birth mummy is a Shih Tsu/Pug cross and my birth dad is a Toy Poodle. I have the curly pug tail, long poodle legs, a cute Shih Tsu face and curly, fluffy Poodle /Shih Tzu fur! My favourite toy is Syd the Sloth, my favourite treat is an air-dried pig snout and my favourite walk is round the reservoir. I’m learning to meet other dogs calmly and I know so many words my mummy says I’m really clever! Please vote for me. 🩷

He was not advertised when I went to adopt his sister and it was only when I attended that I was told that she had a brother and they had a very strong connection…..but he was disabled. I decided to take a look and fell in love with him immediately as he grumbled and purred. Every morning he shoots up the stairs and onto the bed to nose on nose with me. His other name is ‘the Beloved’

Trigger

This wild little black cocker spaniel is my daily dose of joy. Its boundless energy drags me outside, its goofy antics make me laugh, and its sneaky smarts keep me on my toes. No matter how chaotic life gets, that wagging tail and unconditional love are the best kind of therapy.

Ed is adorable, crazy, and lazy—often all at once. He’s my favourite thing in the world, the softest comfort when I’m sad or sick, and the reason I smile every day. Life without him is unimaginable, even when he proudly delivers dead mice and birds at 3am. One purr, and all is forgiven.

After losing my wife to cancer, my daughter encouraged me to get another dog. Shortly after I lost my daughter to cancer. Deacon has been a great comfort and reminder of both my wife and daughter

Barney

Barney is the second bassett dog I have had in my family. He truly is the most amazing dog I have ever had, from the day we collected him he has been a cuddler. He slept the entite 4 hour journey home on my chest. During my husbands illness Barney would lay with him on the sofa or on the bed and was so gentle. He also visited his daddy at the hospice a couple of times. He is named the class clown in the doggy day care and is incredibly cheeky. He has been an absolute saviour to me this year.

Puss

Let me introduce you to ‘Puss’. He turned up one day at our house, which continued for a while, until we finally legally adopted him. We didn’t know his name, so we just used to say, ‘here’s Puss’ and it stuck. He is by my side almost 24 / 7 and even helps with the day-to-day computer tasks - as seen in this photo 🙌🏻

Elsie

Losing my best friend and parents to cancer plunged me into a dark place, being autistic made it difficult to deal with my emotions and one day while on my piece of land a little black semi feral cat made a connection with me. She seems to know how to do funny things to make me smile and a reason to look forward to each day again.

Pebbles

Top Dog 🐶 Meet Pebbles, she is a 12 year old Westie who still has the energy and playfulness as a puppy. As an only child, Pebbles is my absolute best friend and is always happy to have cuddles. We got Pebbles when I was struggling with anxiety as a teenager and she has changed my whole life. Every morning when I wake up and every evening when I get home from work she puts a smile on my face no matter how I am feeling- everyone needs a Pebbles in their life!

Arthur

Purrfect Feline: We rescued Arthur just before covid hit which we couldn’t have timed any better. It meant lots of time to spend with him! He’s the sweetest boy who loves to cuddle and insists on making his way under the duvet with me. He’s mostly good for my well-being expect when knocking things off the counter and stealing my food (most probably licking some off his paws in this picture).
